So in JoJo's Bizzare Adventure it is repeatedly stated and shown that stopping time repeatedly causes it's duration to last longer, so in a general fight that would last a long time DIO's time stop would get longer in that fight, I didn't see it on his profile and thought it should probably be added since it could be a tipping point in a fight, even if the time stop went 1 second longer
