Not intending to debate at present, just stopping by to say that there is no High 8-C Apollomon, that key in the profile is Apollomon's Child form Coronamon.

Edit: I decided to bring this up because I was initially going to tell you that DIO vs Apollomon is a massive stomp, until I noticed you were actually using Coronamon.

Well Coronamon does have a big AP and Durability advantage being at the higher end of High 8-C. However, there is that Za Warudo...I just know that if DIO wins, someone has to say;

"You thought the winner was Coronamon, BUT IT WAS ME, DIO!!"

Dio cause of Za Warudo! i had a tracer vs. jotaro fight where jotaro won. im pretty sure that Dio who is comparable to jotaro who i got to defeat Tracer can beat a high 8-C. though the abilities are different so i do nto know.
