Dimentio appeared and revealed that he had taken control of the Chaos Heart, planning to use its power to remake the universe in his image. Along with a brainwashed Luigi, Dimentio merges with the Chaos Heart in order to form Super Dimentio This page

Because chaos heart's power is creating the void. I propose that Super dimentio gain Non-existant physiology type 1

Also the fusing with chaos heart and Luigi have void consuming both of them.

They can use pure hearts to negate his Non-existant physiology since the pure hearts can destroy the chaos heart's power.

Because as others have basically said. Chaos Heart is just a magical artifact that slowly but surely feeds the void with a fraction of its Immeasurable power. It isn't physically the Multiverse devouring void itself and is thus still a solid object. And Dimentio merged with the solid artifact and not really the Void. So there's really nothing to indicate Dimentio having NEP himself.
