Ok, so after some discussion, I've decided to lay out my objections to the infinite ratings for these guys for their speed.
The two justifications given from the prior CRT was;
A. Bleck full on searched and went to all worlds (of which there are infinite in context) to find Timpani. Problem is, the Japanese context doesn't say he never stopped searching and leaves an unclear statement on him just thinking she's gone from everywhere / anywhere. So in the Japanese version, he could've likely given up after the millionth world. (a localization hiccup where the context can definitely be different and i wasnt aware of this)
B. Count Bleck/Super Dimentio clearly share the power source of the Void and are equated to match its full (AP) power with them being merged and one with its power source, but the UES isn't said to affect their speed directly in the statements and comparisons brought up in the prior thread. In addition, the Void's force affecting the infinite distance is a measure of the Void's growing range & size rather than outright speed, even as its destroying the worlds through a product of pulling them into it, which can help with equating their Lifting Strength being comparable to the Void's phenomena via gaining power from the Chaos Heart.
With this in mind, I believe we should revert their speeds back to their base keys as it was prior being Massively FTL+.
