how much stronger would a higher dimensional being be than a lower dimensional being. for example, how much more powerful would an 11 dimensional being be than a 10 dimensional being. also, how much more powerful would the weakest 1-A character be than the strongest high 1-B character?

Infinite, though once you reach 1-A infinity losses it's meaning as they are beyond all conceptualizations of dimensions, so a 1-A isn't infinetly above a 1-B, they are beyond dimensions all together, no matter how large they are.

No, you can be infinitely above a High 1-B, and still not be 1-A, being 1-A means you are beyond all dimensional scale, no matter how big it is, infinity has no meaning to a 1-A.

The difference between 1-A and High 1-B is larger than the difference between a 1-dimensional being and an infinite-dimensional being.

High 1-B + any level of infinity = High 1-B. If you add infinity to infinity, it becomes "larger", but is still infinity.
