Are we talking about this Digimon game or my life with some Super Sentai?

I wonder if that games final boss, OverLord GAIA, has any impressive feats.

If I was not mistaken he would merge with the protagonist becoming all powerful then to merge the Digital World with the Real World

That was Armamon who used several Barbamon as swords.

That's one hell of a haxed sword.

I'm curious on this now. Is there a hierarchy of power among the Seven Great Demon Lords?

Obviously Lucemon is at the top, but besides that?

Note that alternate forms can count as different characters for the purposes of the list.

Lucemon>Daemon>Beelzemon>idk after that. Best guess is Barbamon. All I know is that Lilithmon is at the bottom...I feel like that's creating stigmas.

In terms of Power. It goes Lucemon>>>>>>>>>>>>Daemon>>>>>Beelzemon>>Barbamon=Leviamon=Belphemon>>Lilithmon. So there is that. I may be off here.

I thought Beelzemon was above Daemon?

Belphemon and Leviamon are equals, given the quote in the Xros Wars manga, but I always assumed Barbamon was below them, given his less destructive powers and more hax-based, mental powers. That's probably just head canon though.

Lilithmon is probably the weakest.

@Dragon:

Isnt it Lucemon >> Daemon > Beelzemon > Belphemon > Barbamon = Leviamon > Lilithmon?

I recall Belphemon being called the strongest somewhere.

@Dark

Originally yes. But they've long destroyed Beelzemon>Daemon. Daemon has consistently shown to be the Vegeta of the Demon Lords. i.e second fiddle.

@PaChi

I think it was Digimon World: DS. In that game he's above Lucemon...for some stupid reason....

Ahh, gotcha. I just recall the Reference Book saying that their is only one Demon Lord above Beelzemon (although it is also said that there exists a Demon Lord Digimon which surpasses even Beelzemo).

I like how everything in DS was just "off". Evolution trees were messy, Digimon hierarchy was blatantly wrong, the anime characters had wrong names (I think), etc.

You mean the Toppo of the demon lords ovo.

Maybe:

Ygg+Barbamon > Belphemon > Leviamon > Base Barbamon?

I think they were just the Japanese names. The game came out a year before Data Squad aired in the US so it's likely they hadn't came up with the English names yet.

If I'm not mistaken in Savers Another Mission is confirmed that Barbamon is as powerful as the Belphemon in this game.

In Story the names are correct, except that they use the Japanese version of the characters (Masaru, Thoma, etc)

I see. I just thought 'Thoma' was a bad translation of Thomas. I don't think I ever unlocked the quests involving Masaru or Yoshi.

So about the Angemon and Angewomon pages. Part of me thinks we should remove the mega forms from the files seeing as these evolutions already have pages.

To show what I mean.

Angemon would lose Seraphimon.

Angewomon would lose The Pink fluffy Dragon of Doom, Ophanimon, Sanzomon and Shakamon.

Sanzomon and Shakamon will share a page.

I was thinking of making new pages for SlashAngemon, Dominimon and ClavisAngemon. But I also feel like that is redundant.

Because she's a fusion of her and LadyDevimon. I'll make a separate file for her. In just a few moments actually, I'll begin making it.

Woulden't her Angewomon and LadyDevimon be 2-A for being somewhat in the same league as yuya's Black WarGreymon X, who could face a yggdrasil avatar alongside taiga.

So in terms of edits, we still have some SGDL to do, Digimon Tamers cast and some mons who never became 3-C.

Also, should Daemon be just "2-C" or "At least 2-C"? I ask because while this is a Re:Digitize feat, it showed that Daemon was naturally far superior to the other 5 SGDL combined. Not only that, but in Digimon World: Data Squad iirc he was seem as the second strongest Demon Lord as well. This would scale to Seraphimon.

One thing, how can we interpret the resistance to Bug that all Digimon has according to Suedo?

Resistance to bug? That woud be resistance to Information Manipulation.
Im smelling resistance to Information Manipulation for Arceus? ovo

I'm thinking of adding a better explanation to Alphamon's Alpha In Force and I think I've figured out a way to explain the technique well. First let's look at the descriptions of Alpha In Force.

Because it possesses the "Alpha inForce" ability, an ultimate force which, in battle, instantaneously replays the elapsed battle, although Alphamon's attacks are over in just an instant, you can't grasp how many attacks it actually unleashed, and in theory, you can only see the final blow that brought down its opponent.

Its Alpha inForce allows it to take back the time that has elapsed in an instant!
What is said:

  • 1) Alphamon attacks;
  • 2) Alphamon reset the battle;
  • 3) You can not see how many Alphamon attacks used in battle, the opponent just sees the last attack.
From what has been said it seems that Alphamon restarts the battle, but the effect of the blow continues. So we can say that Alphamon is technically unaffected by temporal restarts, so Alphamon's attacks still exist even back to the past before the cause that created them to exist. Thus, Alphamon is able to take an attack (a cause) and go back in time to repeat the attack (another cause), but the initial attack did not disappear and continues advancing to the opponent (Effect). So Alphamon is able to restart the cause and effect relationship to repeat his actions, however the effects of the initial cause continue to exist even with their cause no longer exist, it is a mixture of temporal restart with acausality in my opinion.

It is actually as if Alphamon added effects without the causes existed, at least not in that timeline. The initial cause comes from a past that no longer exists because time has been restarted, but even without cause the effect continues to exist. So the list of events would be:

  • 1) Alphamon attacks (Cause)
  • 2) Alphamon resets time;
  • 3) Alphamon attacks (Another Cause), but the effect of the first event continues to exist.
  • 4) Alphamon repeats this cycle always restarting cause and effect without the effect ceasing to exist.
  • 5) After an indefinite number of restarts the opponent receives a large number of effects whose cause no longer existed in its timeline.
The final effect is the same as it already is on your page, Alphamon can give an infinite number of movements in a single instant. But I do not think it should be considered as causality manipulation, to me this is more like a Temporal Manipulation (Time Resets) and Acausality (Alphamon's attacks continue to exist even though their cause has not yet occurred) junction.

We kinda ignored this.
