What is the difference between AD, BC, BCE and CE? And can someone place them in a chronological order ?

AD - Anno Domini - latin for "in the year of our lord". Began at the Birth of Christ. The modern era
BC - Before Christ. Anytime before Jesus was born.
BCE - Before Common Era - the name of BC for people who don't believe in jesus
CE - Common Era - the name of AD for people who don't belive in Jesus

It was still confusing to me since a lot of them just dont quite clearly explained them in good detail.
