However, there are cases like Nilin (Remember Me) who can cause actual damage through mindhax techniques. In such cases, you can say that durability is bypassed.

Yeah but damage may not be physical as that'd affect the opponent mentally.

Nope. Suicide is using your AP on yourself, it doesn't ignore durability in most cases and the death isn't a direct consequence of the mindhax anyway, so you can't say that.
