Didn't mind control or fear gas bypass durability of most living beings as it affects their minds?

It can but such things are just fear manipulation, ie they're something you either resist or don't durability isn't a valid way to resist fear manip...

Yeah but damage may not be physical as that'd affect the opponent mentally.

Also, mind control used to force opponents/others to commit suicide should also be considered as bypassing durability.
 
Nope. Suicide is using your AP on yourself, it doesn't ignore durability in most cases and the death isn't a direct consequence of the mindhax anyway, so you can't say that.
