How does Vilgax's Shapeshifting and Resurrection work?

i think his shape shifting is just him changing between his giant floating head form and his humanoid form, and his resurection is from coming back from death twice, once in the original series (actually technically from before the original series took place.) after getting hit by a nuke and once in the futre after ben 10,000 killed him. (both took several years to come back from.) and beyond that i dont remember i might be wrong (probaby am) its been a few years.

im not sure if it would work but as long as he retains atleast some level of consiusness, i dont see why he couldn´t trasform to his giant floaty head form then back to his humanoid form or even just dierectly back to his humanoid form.

Because it would be fallacious to say that he can do that given that the description you gave before is pretty much Transformation into one thing? We don't assume Shapeshifting can bring you back from Transmutation unless is proven.

I vote Crocker then, he's less experienced than Vilgax but he was quite competent on this key and uses homing Transmutation beams IC a lot.
