Tserriednich's ability is a more balanced version of King Crimson. If it came down to hax alone, Diavolo would win for sure.

I was thinking it's a win for Diavolo because King Crimson should go off before Tse's ability, but it's kind of a mental puzzle as to how the two abilities interact with each other. Does King Crimson activating first invalidate the fact that Tse's ability went off? In that case I lean towards Diavolo because Tse has more required startup time and is a nen prodigy but ultimately still in training. If not then it seems more inconclusive.
