Really depends on the starting distance imo, Wanda can hax him before he reaches her. If its close enough Diavolo donuts her with no difficulty

im assuming by sba they're put 4 kilometers away due to time erasure's universal range.

either way, they one shot each other here, Diavolo's precog will be a pain for Scarlet due to the amount he spams it, and his HUGE reaction speed advantage will make scarlet have to put diavolo in a place where he cant dodge, which will be difficult due to his time erase.

this is post endgame, and from i remember i dont believe she used flying too much during or after (i believe she used flight to get around correct me if im wrong) mind hax however might screw diavolo over.
