This is currently a mismatch, as since TWoH has currently infinite speed, he will be able to move in erased time, touch Diavolo/King Crimson and overwrite him and his erase time away immedately.

Diavolo would be able to see that is act accordingly in speed equalized.

The erased time is now also erased causality. While Heaven DIO could null that, this isn't an in your face power, he would lack the awareness of what's happening.

Heaven DIO nullifying GER was also kinda of interpretable? Maybe he did it before her power was taking effect, maybe when that was happening, we don't know much about GER to be certain.

Well, tbh, if Diavolo does his time erase first, it doesn't matter how long HAD stops time since it'll be getting skipped over.

Also, watching all of the cutscenes and gameplay segments, HA Dio, surprisingly enough, doesn't use time-stop very often.
