Dharkon vs Skeletor

Skeletor seems to stomp since he leads with one move that Dharkon dosn't resist and Dharkon can't do jack all about it.
 
Skeletor or Dharkon?

Dharkon's Hax either wouldn't work on Skeletor or it's stupidly out of character for Dharkon to use them. While they are likely thought based, they are mostly in the form of projectiles or only work on disembodied souls.
 
Skeletor leads with something that will work every time and Dharkon cannot do anything about it. Dharkon lacks wincons. This is a stomp.
