Dex-Starr vs The Judge

Super-powerful cats heavily involved in worlds of intense violence. I dunno, thought it'd be a idea.

So, who takes this? Both are at full fighting capacity. Providing some reasoning would be appreciated.

Judging by the page for the other character, it sort of seems like the Judge wins this by intelligence, since has the brain of a "normal cat". Though, there might be a speed difference between Dex-starr and Judge, with Dex-starr having much more mobility. Also, if he is able to infect the Judge with rage, it would likely be able to transfer over as "fury" in OFF, making him abandon all strategy. I'm still leaning towards The Judge on this one.

Hey I'm not saying this would make him win but can we increase Dex-Starrs interlect in the stats, the ring enchanced his intellegence to being able to speak short words and he has a motivation for revenge so I'd say he's a bit smarter then a normal cat
