Destroying a house

Is destroying an average-sized house with a single attack 9-A or 8-C? Assume that the house is between 1000 and 2000 square feet (or 93 and 186 square meters).

It'll usually be in that range in terms of practically levelling the house with an explosion/AoE attack, but you don't need a big-ass mortar shell to level a house (Sometimes you can destroy a house with a weaker explosive, even! Just that a mortar shell will leave less standing).

Thanks! But specifically, is it 9-A or is it 8-C? What do we consider a small building vs. a standard building?

While it'd depend on how much of the house was destroyed (and how big the house is), if we're talking about levelling your average house I'd say that's 9-A.

Dunno about the distinction myself tho
