Except Deoxys has no trainer. And what it uses in characters is what we see it use during the anime, movies and the manga (such as the Adventures Manga, Movie 7 and more)

This isn't a trained Pokemon. Still doesn't change the fact Goku stomps it

In that case Deoxys grabs Goku with Class Z TK Psychic and yeets him into space where Goku dies since Saiyans can't live in space

Calm in the anime

Games has 0 personalities because GF sucks at it so I can't tell

There's a canon split going on rn. Recommend you no use Pokémon affected by it if possible

Ruthless or not, Deoxys have no hax to affect Goku with, and bypass his durability so it's a stomp
