Not in for the match here, but I have to seriously agree with you all. That shouldn't even be a Low 1-C feat. Not anywhere close to it at all.

If anything, that's just a higher degree feat of 2-B.

Then again, it might be outdated so the creator will have to really update it as that's, again, only just 2-B. Really high, high end as far as I see of it. But still just 2-B.

TDS as a whole seems to be going through revisions and whatnot.

The verse page is gone and the creator seems to be redoing a lot of pages/changing tiers.

Maybe he'll revise Densetsu, his tier, feats, etc later on as well.
