Yeah, I'm going there. At first, this would seem like a stomp. Spring is High 7-A whereas Demonix is High 7-C based on a recent upgrade. See, that's where the technicalities come in.
See, according to Demonix's profile, Demonix can hold his own against an entire garrison of High 7-Cs. While the lack of scans makes it impossible to estimate the size of the construct that defeated Demonix, real-life statistics for the Gallic Wars put the entire army at 11 legions for a total of 60-75k troops in 52 BC: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gallic_Wars
Assuming one whole legion is needed to form the centaur construct needed to defeat Demonix, we're talking a legion size of anywhere from 5454 to 6818 soldiers, which should amount to a combined might of anywhere from 1.0908 to 1.3636 gigatons of TNT. Spring is only baseline High 7-A (1 gigaton) due to lack of calcs or any links to the References for Common Feats page.
As such. I think Demonix would have a slightly better chance against Spring than he would initially let on. We'll see. We'll see...
Anyway, speed is equalized since traveling interstellar distances tends to step into MFTL+ territory. Other than that, this match would be SBA. Here are the profiles:
