Idk why it's not on his profile but he can also unleash a barrage of Tomboy attacks, he isn't limited to just one thrust

So this fight basically comes down to one shots the other first.

Spring Mustachio probably wins via sheer range alone?

With Garou was because he went to try to save a friend (And actually it's not true, he first tried to attack physically and then used Tomboy)

Against Black Sperm it was because of the strategy set up by him and his master

Well yes he fend off Garou first from attacking his boyfriend drinking buddy but his first actual attack is Tomboy

So uh... Shrekverse was downgraded to 9-B but has since been upgraded to 9-A. This fight can continue with some alterations to the OP.

Puss scales above 0.0189 Tons of TNT while Spring Mustachio scales above 0.01389 Tons of TNT, which is a 1.361x AP gap, so this actually is a much fairer matchup than before. Tomboy still one-shots, but SM usually doesn't start with it anyway
Not the first time Puss has fought against an opponent who can potentially oneshot him and it was back when he was far more arrogant assuming that this is Post-PiB2. Voting the Cat.

Updated the OP accordingly

Why are you voting for Puss exactly now though? It's not like before when Puss simply one shotted

I find Puss to be more skilled and Tomboy shouldn't be that hard to avoid as long as he stays cautious which he should be.

Well Tomboy is a rather odd and unexpected technique, no one really expects a Rapier to coil into itself and then spring dozens of meters in your direction and in this case Spring Moustache has no reason to hold back so he can throw several instances of it...

PiB is pretty acrobatic, and while certainly a strange move, a long rapier that is then coiled up would give the impression that it could suddenly extend. I'd imagine Puss could dodge the first few uses of Tomboy, but spamming it might not be easy for him

I dunno whether he would use his trademark stare in the fight or whether SM would be affected by it. But if it does work, that might give PiB an opening to beat SM

I also noticed PiB seems to have the LS advantage of Class 5 compared to just Superhuman. Dunno whether that affects anything
