if black bruh loses all his cells then yeah he can't regen infinitely, but he has better stamina, I don't know if that makes a stomp.

But there was an older one that Kakuzu won all the way in like 2019, which is why I made the newer one. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to remove it, plus PTS Luffy's page is locked anyways

Vergo is stronger but can't bypass regen, but black bruh's regen is not unlimited though he has better stamina, I don't know if this would be considered a stomp. Vergo is much stronger but he can't put his opponent down realistically, I think that's not a stomp but I'm not sure.

He is faster with soru, higher ap and dura, higher ap with explosions as well. It's not like it's a complete wash.

Yeah Vergo Have no Wincon, because BS are So many and Had Regeneration wich Haki couldn't negate, Vergo AP and Speed amp are useless . yeah this is a stomp then.

Well to be fair he could win if he blows up the first BS. Although that isn't likely with the equal speed.
