Kizaru case also is stated to be light speed, so, it is also another proof of SoL, despite it exploding

Kizaru States to be Light speed, made by real light, and move at Straight line. More reasonable than Delta beams to accepted be light speed

I have my many issues with Delta's laser being lightspeed, but it is extremely unfair to change an AP topic to a speed topic, especially when this affects multiple characters.
Please don't bring up Kizaru in here. Heck, don't even bring up One Piece in here. Kizaru has several statements of lightspeed which is enough.

They made Naruto to hold back on an absurd level, he wasn't even trying. He hardly took the fight seriously. We are facing a problem similar to Goku using SSJ Blue against any character. She should be Unknown for now.

First of all he scales massively above baseline 5c and we can clearly see that he was exhaust at two points and somewhat hurt. It's reasonable to assume that he was using like 70-80 % of his power which would make Delta 5c as well.
He was just avoiding a killing blow on her since he wanted to get intel out of her. I don't why people pretend like he only used 1 % of his power.
If he was truly that much stronger he should do stuff like this :
Therefor Delta should keep her 5c tier. She is certainly in his tier (just weaker) since she hurt him. He only had reason to surpress his AP, though not his durability.

It was a joke, said light that explodes is not light speed, literally almost light based attacks in fiction explodes.

Yeah, Naruto definitely was not just screwing around with her.
Delta kept up with Naruto, even after he got serious, and consistently dealt damage to him during their fight, visibly exhausting him at some point. Sure, he was not out to kill and wanted to interrogate her after the fight, but to assume that Naruto was holding back, despite knowing how much of a threat Kara members, and Delta especially, are, is silly. Delta put up a pretty good fight, and at some point, Naruto was even planning on having her exhaust herself with her laser beams in order to defeat her, rather than weaken her himself. Ultimately, he had to take advantage of her absorption limitations in order to win.
He had no intent to kill, but this is definitely not a "problem similar to Goku using SSJ Blue against any character".
