If speed unrestricted fight would work.

Like Iron Man "at this state" is 8.66% c and Delsin is 1.03 c (by being 2 X Cole's speed and by tagging Abigail Walker who casually tags light speed) - not quite far above the 7.5 x "speed blitz" threshold (11.89 times I calculated the difference).

Like would a long range fight nullify this effect already.

If < 12 times speed difference is only marginal speed blitzing, 6 times speed difference is already not a speed blitz.
