Her NPI is good enough to interact with nonexistents so his NEP is not an issue
 
It appears that Delilah does not resist power nullification, nor does she resist Data manipulation. The Hero also possesses the ability to resurrect himself, Low-Godly regen and type 9 immortality, which should be able to regenerate from most of Delilah's attacks.

I do not know if this is a stomp, I don't think it is given Delilah has a variety of hax even I'm not familiar with entirely, so I will wait for others to argue for her.
