Isn't the reason Deku Vs. Earthbound characters doesn't work is because Deku only has Low 7-B AP/Dura on one limb?

What makes you think this fight is fair in the slightly? Even if we assume Izuku doesn't hurt himself with every attack and doesn't collapse in 5 minutes, Ninten still stomps.
Ninten: Can cut in half any damage he takes, can increase his stats, can decrease his opponent's stats, can place his opponent to sleep, can heal his injures, can slip into 4D space to escape anything, can read minds to see what his opponent is thinking, and can reflects psi/physical attacks.
Izuku: Can use physical attacks, fly, and has a whip. Also damages himself with every attack.
Izuku is baseline 7-B, and it's everywhere, not just one limb. His profile was updated some time ago.
