Hello! I was very indecisive about opening this Q/A, but I think there's no harm in doing so.

I recently started playing Deepwoken, and its lore is incredibly intriguing. I'm thinking it could be added to VSBW, but there's a problem: finishing the game 100% is nearly impossible (at least for me). So I have two questions:

1. Can Deepwoken be added to the VSBW?
2. Would it be an issue to use the wiki for things like story, cosmology, and scaling?

I think it has an extremely expansive story, and the cosmology is already vast and comprehensive. We know the story is very broad just from the game’s books (there are around 50, I believe). I strongly recommend you read them!

If we are going to scale universes, it would be Low 2-C and above, but in terms of characters, I think it could be around Tier 5 or higher. I haven’t fully read the characters' stories, so anything I say right now might not be accurate, but my guess is that they fall between Tier 5 and 2.

In particular you will need to display a considerable notoriety; as the verse has a wiki with over 1,000+ pages and many apparent contributors (its Discord having about 3000 users), I will consider this good enough. So, yes, it could be added.
• Probably. Many wikis can be considered reliable enough, but others aren't, it depends on the wiki. Even more established ones (like the Forgotten Realms wiki) does not present information as literally told in the given verse, but rather paraphrases it, which can be extremely debilitating for our purposes. You mention books in this universe- if the wiki, for example, quotes them directly, I think it would be fine to get evidence from there. You must still add references, not to the wiki but to the game.

Thank you for your help as always, Mr. Bambu! First of all, I’d like to say this about the game: it currently has around 26,000 active players and close to 450,000 members on Discord, so it’s quite a popular game. If I’m not mistaken, it was approved before, but no one proceeded with it. As long as I have permission, is there any issue if I create all the pages for the game on VSBW myself?

Secondly, regarding the wiki, I’ve included the link. If you have the time, I’d appreciate it if you could take a look. Accessing the in-game books is unfortunately not very simple; on the contrary, it’s quite difficult. That’s why I’m hoping it will be easier to use the wiki. What are your thoughts on the entire subject?

The wiki seems half-baked for most of the pages. That, or it is a much simpler thing than I anticipated. They aren't exactly polished, so if possible, one would prefer checking the game, regardless of inconvenience (within reason); that said, if it must be used to shore up on knowledge, as a sort of CliffsNotes device, then so be it. I consider that an absolute last resort.
