I wouldn't insist if this wasn't important but recently I was talking with Antvasima and he told me this:

Just a note that atomisation is still counted as Deconstruction, not as Energy Manipulation, unless a character used energy blasts to perform the feat or similar.

Now here it is the proof that it is Deconstruction.

Atomize Up is a technique which uses a invisible force that not requires energy blasts that destroys planes and other vehicles in the game.

This is the game, an invisible force around Godzilla deconstrucs a fliying Jet.

The attack didn't use energy blasts

Here it is Mechatron atomizing the jet, it is the effect of using the atomize up.

Atomization definition:

Atomization refers to separating something into fine particles.

Here it is the manual of the game that give us info about the technique.

Atomize UpGojira

Conclusion: As it is an invisible attack that no required from energy blast, we can be sure that this is Deconstruction

This looks legit if Antvasima considers it deconstruction.

Well, I didn't know the specifics when I replied, but it seems like deconstruction, yes.
