Spiderman for actually similar reasons he won in the deathbattle. He's got superhuman reflexes, superhuman strength. He has far more mobility via webs.
Batmans only advantage is arguably being smarter.

That’s ……. low key not that good when he is MHS+.

Bats tore through the wall to save Martha and that’s 1.589350e6 joules according to the Reference for Common Feats so he would have the AP unless I am miscounting the digits involved.

Well he also managed to fling 2 people away from electros lightning currents before they can touch it and it fully circulating on those handle bars with a screwed up web shooter

I noticed, we never really see him look at the people he saved from the lightning, he simply sensed who was gonna touch their hands where.

Bats seems to have quite the AP advantage but I can't see him having any other advantages over Spidey, Spider-Mans way more acrobatic and agile than Batman, plus if it's an option he could win by incap by webbing Batman to a wall.

Bats just dodges the webbing tbh. Spidey doesn’t really have a reliable way to pin him when the man can dodge Kryptonians.

I wouldn't underestimate Spidey though, sure Batman can maneuver around Kryptonians but he always either had prep or help
