Considering that Saitama beat Boros who had Regenerationn(At least High-Mid; regenerated from being punched into a bloody mist by Saitama) with at least Multi-Continent level (Took several casual punches from Saitama, each of which should have a higher energy output than Saitama's casual moon jump), possibly Planet level (Was planning on surviving the planet's destruction, though he was unable to survive his own attack being punched back at him by Saitama) durability, Saitama should easily overpower Deadpool's Regenerationn (Mid-High) with Multi-City Block level (Has numerous durability feats on this level) durability.

Mid-High Regenerationn is better than High-Mid Regenerationn.

High-Mid regen is Regenerationn from being blown to pieces while Mid-High is Regenerationn from being vaporized. Saitama never fought someone who can Regenerationn from being vaporized.
