It’s either an inconsistency or Deadpool would need to be Low 7-B with his guns. Seems more like an inconsistency to me at least

If Deadpool is upgraded to Low 7-C physically without a new key, that would scale to Ajax, Angel Dust, Cable, Colossus, Domino, Juggernaut and Negasonic Teenage Warhead

Not only that, his regular bullets would also be stronger than Adamantium bullets with Immortality/Regeneration Negation
 
Would there be an At least rating for characters significantly stronger than him like Colossus?

Edit: I remember Deadpool broke his bones hitting him, so characters in that range should definitely upscale.
 
If Deadpool were to get upgraded to Low 7-C without an additional key being added, then presumably characters on the level of Colossus would upscale to Low 7-C+, as the midpoint of Low 7-C (3.4 kilotons) would be within a 1.2x increase of the value that Deadpool would scale to (2.8377 kilotons).
 
I think we have three options:
  1. Give Deadpool a new key with Low 7-C stats, although it would be iffy since there isn't any evidence that he became millions of times stronger just by searching a job and selling cars
  2. Ignore his antifeats and consistency at 9-B and upgrade him to Low 7-C, which would scale to all the characters from the Deadpool trilogy
  3. His antifeats take precedence and therefore the Low 7-C scaling is considered an outlier, at least for his physical stats

Btw, the abilities, resistances and stats that D&W Wolverine scales from his FOX counterpart should be removed

I personally think this option is the best of the 3 and it's due to 1 reason. Deadpool is under a new company now

Disney is now in control of Deadpool instead of FOX, and now, since he's apart of a brand new universe owned by a different company, they've changed how strong he is. The FOX movies only saw him as a Wall - Small Building level character, but now Disney sees him as a Small Town level character because new company, new power levels ig

So me personally, I think it would be best to just split him into 2 keys and just say that the reason for the massive stat amp was just Disney taking over & introducing him to MCU scaling
 
Seeing how no one else is interested in the CRT it seems that an MCU key with Low 7-C stats for Deadpool is what's most agreed upon
 
Btw, regarding Deadpool, I think the best option would be separate his Pre-Retcon self from his Post-Retcon self into two different profiles. Keep his current profile for his Post-Retcon self with the two keys (FOX and MCU), and create a new one for his Pre-Retcon self which could be named "Weapon XI (FOX)"

Wolverine still has Low 7-B with Adamantium in his AP and Durability, and the AP of Deadpool's first key mentions him killing his Pre-Retcon self which should be removed. Besides that everything else should be fine

In my view, considering future crossovers that will likely have Deadpool scale to more cast members the best option you're going to get is having a post-Disney key that acknowledges that for whatever reason he's just stronger post-Multiverse.

The only other option would be to back scale the entire Foxverse to Low 7-C based on crossover scaling, which has its own set of issues imo.

Regarding Wolverine's profile, I think it should be named "(Deadpool & Wolverine)" rather than "(Marvel Cinematic Universe)", since that Logan is a variant and not from the main MCU universe/Sacred Timeline
