I don't think i will be able to help you with profiles but Lucifer need scans for intelligence and cm1 and spector's durability should be High Outerversal+ and his intelligence also need scans and rating for justification.

Since when do we accept Lucifer merging with the void? I think there were like 2-3 discussions about this that were rejected back then.

I wonder why it's even a key, we know in Dematteis's cosmology this void is obviously referring to God, and when people die they will return and merge with him. There's no way we scale him to The Presence, right? especially the fact that in one scene alone is him gets resurrected, obviously coming back from merging with God, like instantly 1 panel after that whole speech Hal reforms his body. I think it's a good immo 8 justification
