DC Heralds mass page deletions

Well, she was supposed to be as powerful as Wonder Woman was at the time, so it should be easy to scale her statistics, and she was a rather different and distinctive character.
You can probably mostly go ahead, with the exception of Maxima and the pages that others have agreed to clean up.

Post-Flashpoint Raven needs to go as well. No scans in the abilities, "implied to be as strong as her father" is not proven in the scan, guesswork ratings overall

I do agree with this, however I think we should focus primarily on the Heralds and this whole upgrade/scaling thread first; I'm likely not alone when I think this whole thing has gone on for way too long.
