Dc comic infinity dimension?

There is a Rama Kushna scan referencing infinite dimensions, but it's a one off and has been dismissed since it isn't clear what type of dimensions she's referring to (spatial dimensions or simply various realms).
Overall, there has never been clear or obvious evidence that DC has infinite spatial dimensions, and there have been several very clear and obvious scans that say the opposite.

Probably not, no. Those aspects of the canon are not terribly important. The main focus is the characters and their interactions.
