-Metal Fury Kyoya is used and of course Beyond SSB Vegeta

-Fang Leone starts out spinning in Defense Mode

-Only Leone is targeted, not Kyoya himself

-Leone's regen is restricted until further notice.

-Location: Beerus's world. Beerus is a judge to this match and cannot interfore of course

-Distance: 1000 Kilometers

Anyways, Leone probably wins mainly based on AP. Vegeta might catch up in a AP given Reactive Power level but Leone's defence is greter than his AP.

You are kinda taking away a very important part of his natural arsenal. It's almost like skewing to result of the match so that a character could win. I could understand restricting certain moves at times, but now you are trying to restrict a natural part of their being.
