I was just going over the DB Super dub for 109 and I realised that Jiren shaking the World of Void (or Null Realm) was basically done by him just walking (also in sub) and was done before he did that slight power up before fighting Goku.

If he's able to achieve this level of power by putting no effort in (literally just walking) couldn't it be argued that Goku (Pre-UI) at least "possibly" scale to high 3A? He did make Jiren put some effort in and it was after Jiren released some of his power.

That would mean anyone who made Jiren more than walk, like Majikayo and Kale would also become High 3-A ovo.

Anyway, it doesn't matter if Jiren was radiating High 3-A level of power because pre-UIO Goku was completely outclassed by Jiren in every way so he doesn't scale to him at all. Also, Goku didn't shake the WoV until he became UIO.

Manikayo was one shot by Jiren so he wouldn't scale anyway and Kale... is just weird to scal (one-shot by jiren but beats up blue)

The reason my reason for why Goku might scale is because he made Jiren at least put some effort in. Sure he didn't shake the void, but he stood up to a guy who did so that (before powering up as well) for an extended period of time, even making him least dodge a few of his moves and even look shocked at one point, suggesting he's at least able to annoy a High 3A (suppresses) Jiren

When it comes to these types of revisions, it needs to be discussed by a majority of the members here and the staff and need to agree to it. It can't be changed just because one person agree on it (even though I doubt AKM agreed). I suggest you contact some people who are in the "Dragon Ball Supporters" group in the Dragon Ball page.

Agree about putting DBS at hust High 3A
" He is repeatedly stated to be the most powerful opponent Universe 7 has ever faced, as well as the mightiest foe in Dragon Ball history, putting him above even Infinite Zamasu"

This looks like more an hyperbole like this Vados' statement about Jire
Unlike Vados' statement, Jiren being the strongest opponent Goku and cast have faced has been brought up many times. In Magazines, in-show, and in interviews.

Even in the quote above, the reasoning is "repeated" statements. Sure if one person says it like Vados, it could be hyperbole, but 2-3 different characters, the Narrator, and in external material?

What is the correct translation then?

I personally agree with High 3-A upgrades. Jiren was already far surpassing anyone other than Vegito, Zamasu and the GoDs when he fought Goku.

This is not the first time Crunchyroll has made this kind of mistake, and the kanji of infinite (þäíÚÖÉ) is simply not in that sentence.

If Jiren and Toppo gets downgraded to High 3-A, then shouldn't all other Low 2-C DB characters be downgraded as well?

No. Because they scale to Infinite Zamasu who is baseline Low-2C.

Also, I don't know if they are still going to merge Low-2C and High 3-A to one.

Not anymore.

Anyway, like I said, I disagree with the OP. SSB Goku was nowhere near the level of Jiren of episode 109, until he became UIO in 110 and was able to perform the same feat that Jiren did in 109.
