DBH mindhax layers fix

So smurf hax was revised ig and with it, a few fixes need to be done to the mindhax/corruption layers of DBH. They're pretty simple really, a new baseline and a few extra layers with it

Baseline: Black Water Mist
The Black Water Mist can corrupt & brainwash anyone that breathes it in. Garlick Jr. is unaffected by this as he's breathing and standing right next to Black Water Mist when releasing it upon the Earth with no effect on himself so he should also gain resistance to it as well on his profile

1st layer: Babidi's Magic
Babidi's magic is capable of affecting beings like Garlick Jr. and brainwash them into his puppets. People like Vegeta and Majin Buu are capable of resisting this

2nd layer: Dark Ki/Negative Energy
Dark Ki is capable of corrupting & brainwashing beings that resist Babidi's mind-controlling magic like Majin Buu & Vegeta. It has also corrupted Garlick Jr. before. It also brainwashed Piccolo who resisted the Black Water Mist. Negative Energy is stated to be similar to Dark Ki so it would scale to its level

Demon God Power/Evil Aura, Evolved Evil Aura & the Dark Factor would become layers 3, 4 & 5 obviously
