So, I decided to look at one of Dawn's levitation feats and...:

While she had clearly exhibited characteristics of levitation, namely moving without moving a limb, her feet also never left the ground. Is there an explanation for how Dawn can levitate and stay on the ground at the same time?
 
Aside from meditation and something to do with her aura, not sure what else.
