Resistance against paralyzing gas and Mind Control: Useful resistances as it helps against Darkrai's mind hax and Status effect inducement.

With all that said, Shadow gets decisively defeat by Darkrai's myriad of hax such as Sleep manipulation, Void Manipulation, Dream Manipulation. Shadow cannot even physically touch him as he is intangibile.

I'll say why Shadow wins: - His can attack by manipulating space and time and that's what killed Darkrai in the movie - Shadow is rather resistant to most of Darkrai's has - If Shadow is in trouble , he can remove his limiters, which in his super form.... let's not go further into that

Shadow probably would be vulnerable to Darkrai's sleep base hax, but it's Shadow's super form we're talking about, which can even resist Solarsis' void of emptiness in the final fight in 06

Considering they have around the same AP (though if anything, Shadow's stronger), Darkrai's much more helpful abilities that'll allow him to one-shot (especially given that Darkrai can make a borderline bullet hell with Dark Void), his spatio-temporal manipulation, and greater intelligence, the Poke Shinigami should win this more times than not.

This is Super Shadow we're talking about here, who has withstood attacks form Solaris of all things. His hax is more powerful than Darkrai's , I'm sure a bullet hell should be nothing for the UF (P.S : Is Poke Shinigami a nickname for Darkrai?)

Speed is equalized and Darkrai is faster by an infinite amount.

Overall, even if Darkrai has at least the hax advantage, couldn't Shadow just remove his limiters, I mean the power(physical,chais energy,speed,etc.)increase would probably be enough to let him beat Darkrai
