I'd probably give it to Dark Samus via intangibility and biological hax via use of Phazon, but Frieza wouldn't go down easy.

Even with speed equalized I'm tempted to say Dark Samus takes it due to the intangibility stuff, but I don't know how long she can stay like that. I thought about Frieza's telekinesis but even I'm not sure how that would help.

Besides, if Dark Samus is at her best... It says on its profile that she can clone herself.

Are the clones equal to her in powers and abilities? if so, I'm going with Dark Samus on this one.

Maybe Frieza could take it if he went nuts and started nuking the place all over, but then again Samus could just become intangible and that's that.
