Dark Matter's petrification takes time to charge up but it does nullify nearby enemies when charging up so I'll vote for him

I probably don't need to say it but "power" could mean many things, whereas some of Zero's IC and useful abilities are done manually, this a is cloud that either enter inside of others to control them or "uses clouds" to just do that as mindhax with their presence.

The reason i didnt vote for Zero is because, being literal emotions doesnt make you naturally resistant to mindhax? I mean, thats trying to mindhax concepts\abstractions feels weird to me.

Several things

• He's no concept or abstract, he's an embodiment, and all of this are meaningless positions without feats, which includes being treated as untouchable or having any resistance.
• His profile doesn't have any of this.
• Even if he had a resistance equivalent to all emotions in the PKMN universe, that wouldn't be enough.
