Daredevil should win this by having supersonic reflexes and acrobatics. The batman is unable to fully move properly since his suit limits mobility. However, some of his gadgets should help. Batman seems to be on the higher end of strength being able to break metal, so that should be more favorable.
I give it to Daredevil 6/10 high difficulty.

if batman can study and prepare than he wins easily,
if he has knowledge of daredevils abilitys and than fight him the chances are equal but i go with batman
if it is a fight with no knowledge than daredevil most of the time, batmans gadgets wont equal the stats gap...
