Dante is more than likely to win as this version of Spawn is very inexperienced and Dante just has a lot more reliable ways to kill Spawn.

Dante doesn't start with Deconstruction hax and Spawn has time slow and ranged options to go ham on Dante.

Both die on decapitation and while one has the advantage on skill the other has the advantage with ranged stuff and it seems bigger Dura/AP.

Either Spawn wears down Dante enough to kill him or Dante manages to use hax.
