First of all, Dante would try to flirt first which would cause the whole fight to start so... how many universes does she scale to? Cuz if she is baseline (2 universes) then regen negg will be very important here as he can negg that with layers upon layers

He still have layers of regen neg here, the High-Godly Regeneration scaling start with the Demon Bosses and elite demons, if Pyra is baseline or close to it, then Dante is regen neging her into oblivion.

Jokes aside, before we get into the more nuanced portion of the debate, does Pyra have the resistances necessary to fight Dante here?

I mean, besides Dante having less layers of hax and resistances it doesn't change much. All of DMC is baseline 2-C because there are only 2 dimenshuns, they only have some dumb scaling chains that make them go from baseline to so high and beyond baseline but never quite reaching 3 universes.

His passives are in DT tho, fear hax can happen in base but lacks the other stuff. What he has in this key tho is the demonic book, that shit copies/steals powers, data, souls (and everything that makes up the soul by default) and absorbs demons and seals them. It can do all that without absorbing demons too since you gain all the data and info from pluto despite not killing him.
