Yea, the only reason One Piece has a chance is because Dante is forced to go for incapacitations here (since in character, he doesn't kill humans) and One Piece characters don't particuarly like going down. The only thing which can touch him based on the current power scaling is hax, like Sugar's, but all the hax users are very slow and Dante can slow down time. He should take this but it's going to take a very long time.
