Dante vs Amethyst

Huh, a little hard for a guy like me. But I am fully aware that one should not give opinions or say anything unless they have done a well enough research for a character.
With that said, I thought Amethyst was High 6-B, And Dante's on the mid end of the tier. But then again, his profiles might not be all that completed. So, leanin' towards neutral, I'm gonna see who votes who. Still gonna go with Amethyst if anything but yeah, going neutral. (Also, is this bump?)
EDIT: Nearly forgot to talk 'bout the winning factors, Yeah, AP is different but speed? They're... Equal, at leas I think so.
