Well, this guy has Resistance Negation and apparently some broken haxes like Concept Hax, Soul Hax (Both really similar to DMC's souls), Info Hax, how is Dante stopping him from incapacitating him ?

Ergo's concept hax only happens after he kills the opponent once. Aside from that:

• Fate, causality and probability are passive.
• All of his abilities negates resistance on the hundreds layers, because tabletop games are just like that for some reason.
• His info analysis can give some good insight of what the opponent's abilities can do/is about.
• He has druaga's powers so technically you'd need to kill Ergo in two planes of existence at the same time to get rid of him permanently, not counting his innate regen.
