Dante's teleport leaves white shit when he teleports,Kakashi's sharingan gives him precog so he can somehow keep up with Dante.Time stop is temporary and can not be spammed,i can imagine him using it only 1 or 2 times in a battle against Kakashi.

We're still talking about someone who has a speed advantage, and can spam teleport. Precog or not it only delays the inevitable hits he's gonna take. "Keeping up somewhat" is pushing it.
We must be talking about a different Dante. This Dante has a time slow that pretty much lifts enemies and used it an entire time against his fight with Vergil. His method of gaining it is fast as long as he's fighting and damaging an enemy, not to mention that was also him not at his peak considering he just fought Mundus and the entire day was facing an army of soldiers.
Yeah, the whole overconfident schtick is used so often but it's not shown to see him actually making heavy mistakes with it. Swearing like an idiot and getting hatred from everyone? Yes. As cocky as Gilg? Nah. One liners after defeating the enemy? Yes.
