Chloe resists his time stop completely and has one of her own, and nothing he can do to her will kill her.

At least in your other thread that character would lose without her regen, here, even without it she'll still time stop and instantly win.

Oh, chloe's regen isn't really regen, how do i explain it, it works like this, even if you kill her as long as her soul isn't destroyed she will just reverse time to before she was killed and then will remember exactly what happened and can then take measures to counter how she died before, thing is she can't use that ability while time is stopped.

And even then Dante is in character so he's not using it to go for the kill, or his sealing, plus he has no feats of using soul manipulation in combat.

@Unite Already explained it above how it works, she can't die unless you kill her soul as she will just reverse time to before she died, however she can be killed while in a time stop, if she dies in a time stop she dies permanently as she can't reverse time while time is stopped.

This was probably a bad idea anyway, since dante probably can't harm her due to absolute defense which covers her with infinite prison which seals things in endless time and imaginary space, so unless you can cut through endless time and imaginary space you can't harm her...

Dante can destroy souls the proyomancers in dmc 2 are stated to be souls, Dante should have resistance to time stop from scaling from nelo Angelo nelo is Vergil and Dante and Vergil are stated to have the same powers

How does his sealing work? And with absolute defense she is technically already sealed, being that she is in endless time and imaginary space.

It's stuff with Yamato and Ebony and Ivory, basically sealing people off in the demon realm.

Probably can't cut through it then since it's not just ordinary time and space but endless time and imaginary space, imaginary space being nonexistent space since imaginary means nonexistent, so endless time and space that doesn't exists, to hurt chloe you have to be able to get through that.

In which case, chloe stomps since she can't get hurt and can just ignore dante's durability with absolute severance.
