This wiki just upgraded Dante to Universal level, though I suspect that is strictly in his Spare a form. Still, that's a pretty massive gap in power.

Unless the OP had specified which Dante is being used, this may as well count as as stomp match then. It is their responsiblity to at least point that out on that part.
Given that we're supposed to think they're at their strongest (can't say for those like Alucard with Schrodinger's powers since....well there's not much i can't think of what can give him it besides what's listed on his page), this means that Dante is very well at his strongest making this a complete stomp.
