Danny Phantom vs Rain

Inconclusive.
Rain has the AP/Dura advantage and thanks the his anti magic barrier and verse equalization. Danny's ghost ray, ice blast, and ghostly wail would get nulled and since Danny in ghost form he wouldn't be able to pass through the barrier. Lastly Rain has Precognition for Danny's movements.
However Danny can duplicate himself to get the numbers advantage to counter Rain's Movement Precognition and thanks to Danny's Regenerationn, Rain has no way of killing him naturally, Intangibility will help him phase through Rain's attacks. While Danny doesn't seem as smart as Rain, he isn't stupid so he wouldn't keep attack once he sees his barrier nulls his ghost attacks and will try and find a way around it like sending a clone underground to attack while Danny is distracting him.
Since Rain has Resistance to Mind Manipulation it would be difficulty for Danny to possess him but while he is fighting one Danny trying to possess him another can attack but that can only happen when Rain doesn't activate his barrier. Lastly Danny also has his Ecto Shield which thanks to the lastest revision can block High 6-C attacks so he could block Rain's normal attacks (except for the Space cutting one) and reflect the force of them and reflect the magic ones.
