Scenario
Well Mystery Inc. is at it again. Four children have gone missing in the Wonka Chocolate Factory, along with their guardians. When they get in, they split up (As you do). Daphne runs into Wonka.

• Speed is equalized (Duh. If it wasn't Daphne would speedblitz and break WW's neck)
• Wonka has all his equipment and candy, and a day of prep.
• Fight is in the factory

Well, Daphne is experienced in plants (there was a plant zombie kid on the Scooby Apocalypse), and she is experienced in traps (She was Fred girlfriend), and she has size manipulation that could give her the "stealth" (She can shrink herself to be smaller than an atom), but with Wonka forcefield creation and all that, I dont really know.

The plant Manipulation is the ability to wrap a plant/Candy sphere around the opponent, causing them to loose attack, speed and such. I'll try to find a video link. WW could also call squirrels to attack her.
